In 1974, my great-uncle Percy Williams Lewis (1903-1985) released a 200+ page extension to Part 1 of this book. "The ancestors and descendants of Ebenezer and Martha Porter Williams of Painesville, Ohio, of the fourth generation in America," by Percy Williams Lewis, 1984.

The book is available online and searchable at https://www.ancestry.com/search/collections/28325/. I'm not sure if there are "free" digitized versions elsewhere.

I will eventually create a FreeSpace for the book on WikiTree and link it to this entry.
