Eliza Smith was born in 1816 in Georgia, United States.

Eliza (16) married David Washington Culpepper (22) (born on April 29, 1811 in Georgia; son of Henry Culpepper and Edith Culpeper) on November 28, 1833 in Laurens County, Georgia.[1]

Eliza died after 1850 in Baker, Georgia, aged about 33.
