Maud was born in 1868. She is the daughter of Horatio Smith and Maud Wilson.

Dr. Duncan Campbell and Mrs. Maud Grove, of this city, were married Monday afternoon at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Heyl, at Wynnewood, Pa., the Rev. J. P. Campbell, a brother of the groom, officiating.
Only the members of the.immediate families were present. The groom was attended by Albert H. Harris, and the bride was given away by her son. George, Jr., a cadet at the U. S. Navai Academy.
Dr. Campbell is a prominent physician of this city, a graduate of Hahnemann College, and a visiting physician at the hospital. The bride is the widow of the late Geo. W. Grove, and has participated in many recitals and concerts in Philadelphia, Woodbury and other cities.
On returning from their wedding trip, they will reside at the doctor's residence on S. Broad St.

ONCE-NOTED SINGER DIES AT WOODBURY
Woodbury, July 28. — Mrs. Maud Wilson Grove Campbell, of Broad street, Woodbury, who formerly, sang with the Philadelphia Orchestra, died today. She was 73.
Mrs. Campbell was the mother of Lieut. Commander George Grove, a son by a previous marriage, who was killed several weeks ago in the Battle of Iraq, where he was an observer' for the U. S. Navy. Mrs. Campbell, widow of Dr. Duncan Campbell, is survived by two other sons, Leslie and Louis Grove, both of Woodbury.
Mrs. Campbell was married to George Grove in 1893. Two years after his death in 1919 she married Dr. Campbell.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p. m. in the Christ Episcopal church, Woodbury, the Rev. Robert G. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia.

WOODBURY. N. J.. July 28. — Mrs. Maud Wilson Grove Campbell, mother of a U. S. Navy aviation observer who was kiiied during the recent campaign in Syria, died yesterday after an illness of several months. She was 73. Mrs. Campbell, who made her home In Broad st., here, appeared several times as contralto soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
