Lois Eileen Smith was born 23 Jan 1926 in Greeley, Colorado to Harley C. Smith and Ethel Mae Demarest.[1][2]
She and her husband shared the gospel and were missionaries in various locations.

Obituary
Lois Sandau, 83, loving wife of Rev. Gordon Sandau of Loveland, passed away on Sun., May 10, 2009. They were preachers in North Dakota and Alaska, then moved to Colorado in 1967. They were also on the mission field in Jamaica for 12 years. Their life focused on Child Evangelism. They were Child Evangelism Directors of Larimer County. They attended the First Baptist Church of Fort Collins for 41 years.
Lois is survived by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Gordon Sandau, of Loveland; daughters, Sheri Moose of Pflugerville, Texas, and Brenda Jackson of North Richland Hills, Texas; son, Tim Sandau of Fort Collins; five grandchildren; Ryan Peterson, Darryl Jackson, Yvonne Irby, Thomas Sandau and Wilson Moose; four great-grandchildren; Josh Irby, Nathanial Peterson, Elisha Peterson and Grace Irby.
Graveside Service at 11 a.m., Tues., May 19 at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Reception at First Baptist Church, 901 E. Lake, Fort Collins, after the service.
