Biography

Anderson Smith is a part of US Black heritage.

Anderson Smith was born about 1855 in Virginia. He was the son of William Smith and his wife Mary.^[1][2]

He never married. In 1900 he was still living with his father.^[3] In 1910 he was living with his brother David Henry.^[4]

He died on 26 July 1915 in Lunenburg County, Virginia. His mother is identified as Mary R. Davis on his death certificate.^[5]
