NOTICE is hereby given, that after the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof, application will be made to this Honorable Court, in its Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, that probate of the last will and testament of the abovenamed Thomas Tipple Smith, deceased, may be granted to Elizabeth Smith, the executrix appointed by the said will, George Thomas Bean, the executor therein named haying duly renounced probate thereof,—Dated this 31st day of July, A.D. 1879. PIGOTT & TRICKETT, Proctors for the Executrix, 129, King-street, Sydney.4588 6s. 6d. [8]

Notable information

Thomas Tipple Smith (grandson of Thomas Tipple Smith and son of WT Smith) writes to newspapers stating that his father WT Smith was the first person to find gold in quantities for mining in NSW. [9][10]
