Biography
James was born in 1827.[1] He was the son of Fergus Sloan and Rosannah Ruggles. He married Martha Shaver in 1855 in Arkansas.[2] In 1860 he married Margaret Raney in Arkansas.[3][4] He passed away in 1873.[5]
