He married Elilphail Shearman on 15 Jan 1775.[2][3] She died 17d Nov 180_.[2]
He was granted a certificate to the Acoaxet monthly meeting from the Dartmouth monthly meeting on 18th of 4 mo 1803 [18 Apr 1803].[4] He was accompanied by his children Elizabeth and Mercy.[4] He is likely related to Phebe Slade who was granted a certificate on the same day.[4]
