Allen Singleton was born in 1862 in Georgia. In 1880, he lived with the family Frank WIlliams in Lumpkin County, Georgia.

Research Notes

  • His enslaver may have been Joseph Singleton, the superintendent of the U.S. Branch Mint in Dahlonega. Twenty three enslaved people were listed in Singleton estate Singleton Plantation and Mines.
