Biography
When Arthur Singletary was born on November 27, 1968, at the Naval Hospital in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, his father, Arthur, was 27 and his mother, Bette, was 30.
The family lived in Hubert, North Carolina until he was eight months old. Then the family moved to Baltimore, Maryland to live with his maternal grandparents.
