Biography

Banjamin was born about 1798. He is the son of William Sencabaugh and Ruth Ruhamah Hugh. [1] [2]

Benjamin first married Elizabeth Windsor Lelacheur circa 1824. He second married Mary Vaniderstine about 1848. [3]Benjamin passed away in 1864.

Married. At Murray Harbor, on the 8th ult., by the Rev. John Butcher, B.C. Missionary, Mr. Joseph Fearchild, to Ann, third daughter of Mr. Benjamin Sensabaugh, both of the same place. [4]

Benjamin wrote his will in 1863. He left roughly half of his estate to his wife Marry Van Idestine as long as she remained a widow; Daughters Muhamy Elizabeth Ann Charlotte Jane and Sarah (no commas!) one schilling each; daughter Susannah his 50 acre farm and about half of his belongings. Susannah was to support Marry and Margret. The will was presented for probate on February 17 1863. [5]
