Isaiah was born in 1777.[1] He is believed to be the son of Justus Seeley and Phebe Bissell. He was resident in Tioga County, Pennsylvania by 1820.[2] He passed away after 1850.
Research Notes
White Isaiah is frequently seen as the youngest child of Justus and Phoebe Seeley his birth in 1777 makes this questionable unless the estimated birth of his mother Phoebe as 1728 is wrong by considerable measure. Phoebe's year of birth is not documented.
