Biography

Sir Roger le Scrope, 2nd Lord Scrope was born in Wensley & Sutton Howgrave in Kirklington, Yorkshire, England.^[1][2]

Marriage & Children

He married Margaret Tibetot, daughter of Sir Robert de Tibetot, 3rd Lord Tibetot and Margaret Deincourt, before 23 April 1385. They had 2 sons & 1 daughter:^{[1][2][3][4][5]}

Death

He left a will on 23 September 1403.^[1][2] He died on 3 December 1403.^[6] He was buried at Easby Abbey, Yorkshire.^[1][2] His estate was probated on 30 April 1404.^[1][2]

His heir was his son Richard.^[6]
