Like many WikiTree users, I am interested in tracing my German roots. I've created a One Name Study for Schürger. Currently, I can trace name back to Johann Georg Schürger (1 Mar 1731 - 25 Sep 1812). He and his ten children originally lived in Urspringen, Bayern, Germany. Later, six remained in Germany, whilst the others immigrated to the USA. Am interested in tracing Johann's German roots.

If I am the profile manager of one of your ancestors, please do not hesitate to ask to be a co-manager or to email me with edits/corrections.

Hi,

I see that you use the findagrave template in a lot of profiles. Please remember to set the sameas flag properly. If the find a grave matches the profile it is in then you use sameas=yes. If the find a grave memorial is for someone else then you use the sameas=no flag. I have fixed several of the errors over the last few weeks.

Thank you! Teresa
