Biography
Adam Michael Schmitz
Schmitz, Adam Michael, 83, passed away Mon., Mar. 3, 2008 at Pine Meadows Nursing Home, Lexington, KY. He was the husband of P Warth. A native of Mayfield, KY, he was born May 5, 1924, the only of son of the late Adam and Margaret Bohn Schmitz.
He was a decorated World War II Army veteran. He retired from Cowden Manufacturing Co., where he was employed as a Division Plant Manager. Adam's hobby was woodworking, completing many projects for his family, including decks and a playhouse. His first wife, Jean Cash Schmitz, preceded him in death.
