She was born on June 30, 1935, in Pardeeville, Wis., to Marvin and Mary (Quinn) Haynes. Charlotte was married to Ken L. Scheel on Dec. 27, 1952. He preceded her in death on April 30, 1998.
Survivors include her children, Carey (Kris) Scheel, and Garth Scheel both of Dodgeville, and Denise (Ken) Burkhardt of Madison; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret Pulver and Cecelia (Neil) Pulver; and sister-in-law, Betsy Haynes all of Wyocena; a very special friend, Bev Lanzendorf; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, Ken, she was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Mary Gray and Kate Pulver; two brothers, Marvin "Bud" Haynes and Jack Haynes; and brothers-in-law, Danny Gray, Garth and Ralph Pulver.
