Biography
Hans was born on 16 September 1866. He was the son of Hans Hinrich Scheel and Ingabord Catherina Iverson.[1]
When Hans was 22 he married Frances Louisa Christina Stein on 12 September 1889 in Tacoma, WA. The couple had 9 children: Karl Henry Scheel, Walter Gustav Scheel, Anna Elsie Franziska Scheel, Maria Catherine Scheel, Hans Peter Scheel, Dora Ottilie Scheel, Lorenz Friedrick Scheel, Louisa Roberta Scheel and Margaret Maxine Scheel.[2]
Hans died at the age of 73 on 9 March 1940 in Tenino, WA.[1]
