From Doris May (Shead) Chapman - I have many memories of granny. Her sitting in the yard plucking chickens. A headless chicken running around in circles. That long drop toilet that I hated using. But outside the toilet was a gorgeous lilac tree, I only remembered it being in bloom. The road in front of the house was the village green and on November 5 there would be an enormous bonfire and everyone would come out with their few fireworks and there would be a great display.
Eliza died in 21 November 1962 (DOD confirmed on Headstone) [9]
Eliza was buried in 1962 at St Paul Bentley Common Churchyard, Brentwood, Essex, England, United Kingdom.
