Biography

Willis Sandlin was born about 1846 in Owsley County, Kentucky. His parents were Lewis Sandlin and Nancy Abner.[1][2]
He married Martha Ann Peters about 1865.

Willis Sandlin was a private in the 14th Kentucky Cavaly Regiment in the Civil War. He enlisted on October 10, 1862. He was discharged on May 24, 1864.[5]
Willis Sandlin died on April 05, 1894 in Owsley County, Kentucky.[6]
