Biography
Caroline was born about 1909.
In 1926, she was living in the household of Martha Hartwick in Bow, Cypress, Alberta.[1]
She married Burton Edward Ruggles.
She passed away in 1977 and was buried in the Forest Home Cemetery in Ponoka, Red Deer, Alberta.
