Biography
When Pierre Roy was born on April 30, 1750, in St-Vallier, Quebec, Canada, his father, Étienne Noël, was 30 and his mother, Marie Reine Fradet, was 29. He married Marie-Thérèse Dubeau on October 28, 1771, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. They had nine children in 14 years. He died on July 19, 1826, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, having lived a long life of 76 years.
