Biography
François-Xavier Roy was born on September 9, 1802 in Saint-Vallier, Bas-Canada, son of Pierre Eustache Roy (1772–1860) and Marie-Louise Bolduc (1774–1850).[1]
François-Xavier (29) married Marie Arcange Lemieux (22) (born on May 7, 1810 in Saint-Vallier; daughter of Louis Lemieux and Charlotte Audet) on August 7, 1832 in Saint-Philippe et Saint-Jacques, Saint-Vallier.[2] Their children were:
- Marie Adélaide Roy (1833– )
- Prudent Roy (~1844– )
François-Xavier died on February 22, 1894 in Saint-Vallier, Québec, Canada, aged 91.[3]
