Phebe was born in 1745. She is the daughter of John Rowlett and Phebe Willson.
Will of John Rowlett dated 2 Nov 1777 states: To daughter Phebe Patrum, no part of my cattle, and Daniel Patrum to pay my estate money I lent him.
John also left 5 pounds to grandson John Patrum.
