Biography

Richard was born in 1937 in Berkeley, California.^[1] He served 10 years active duty in U.S. Coast Guard and 22 years as a USCG Reservist. He worked for two YMCAs, Employee Benefit consultant, Country Director for World Concern, serving in Bangladesh as Relief and Development project director, Financial Officer Northwest College and finally finishing where his heart was, pastored a small church in Roundup, Montana. He passed away in 2003^[2].
