Aug 6, 1734, Thomas Estes is guardian to Abraham Rogers, son of Peter Rogers.

Spotsylvania Co a 228 acre tr of land it being part of an 1860 acre tr of land granted to John Madison. John Rogers, Peter Rogers, Henry Pigg, Edward Pigg and John York by patent dated 1 Apr 1717 lying part in Spotsylvania Co & part in Caroline Co, and is bounded by the County Line Br of the Middle River of Mattapony & the Mill Run, & also all that tr of land that was given by my brother Peter Rogers dec'd in his will unto his son John Rogers dec'd that is not included within the bounds afsd (only reserving & keeping to myself & to my heirs an equal right in the 1/2 of 6 a. of land adj to the mill for the use & benefit of the mill that is held in co-partnership between the sd Abraham Rogers & me the sd John Rogers) during the term of 6 months ....
