Well he was a soldier, he married a jean lithgow, had 6 children. His job before he died was a gardener and sadly died if a heart attack in the street

My mother passed away and gave me a mission to find where he was buried and that is where I found most of the information about him. I also have a picture of him as a prisoner if war camp in Germany in his uniform with a few of his other soldiers:)

Do you know when he was born? Or who his parents were?

I only have one Thomas Samuel Greer and he was born in Dunfanaghy, Co Donegal. I don't have any information on his marriage so anything else you can tell me might help to see if we have the same Thomas.

Yes his father was Alexander greer and his mother was called isabella alcorn. :)

Also yes, dunfanaghy. Me and my cousin found our family tree yesterday and that's how I know this info. Unfortunately I don't know when they married though but I do know she died before him.

You mentioned that you don’t know much about your family tree yet. I assume you are new to genealogy. No problem! Every genealogist is a beginner at some point. Take your time, keep track of sources, and ask questions. Check here for tips.
