In 1905 she (age 42) was living in Highlands with Ellsworth (43), Elsworth (19), Maud (10), and Marian (7). He was a shell fisherman.

On 22 June 1932 her obituary was published In the Daily Register. The obituary listed son Ellsworth Cottrell and daughters Mrs. Maude Kettleson and Mrs. Richard Rast, and brother Perrine Robertson and sister Mrs. Kate Parker as surviving her. All lived in Highlands.
