Homer Lake Robertson was born October 17, 1891, in Fairfield, Texas, to Jessie Taylor Robertson and Emma E. (Condidie ??) Robertson.[1][2][3][4][5]
He passed away on July 23, 1961, in Fairfield, Texas, from carcinoma of the pancreas[1][2][3][6] and is buried in the Fairfield Cemetery (Fairfield, Texas) next to his 2nd wife Jewel Lunette (White) Robertson.[7]
Married Jewel Lunette White on June 23, 1934, in Freestone County, Texas.[8] They were married at the time of his death and had 3 children together.
Homer registered for both World War I and World War 2.
Homer was a Freemason, and was a Royal Arch Mason and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

1940 - Homer was 48 years old, married and living in Fairfield, Texas. He was head of household. His occupation was deputy sheriff in Freestone County, Texas. The highest grade he completed was elementary, 4th grade.[12]
Former Sheriff Rites Tuesday At Fairfield
FAIRFIELD, July 29 (Spl.)— Funeral services for Homer Lake Robertson, 69, former Freestone county sheriff and deputy sheriff, were held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the First Baptist church. Robertson died in the Freestone County hospital Sunday following an illness of several weeks. The rites were conducted by Rev. S. Downey Mills, pastor; Rev. R. D. Brown of Waco and Rev. Jack McDaniel, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church. Interment was in Fairfield Cemetery with Masons in charge of the graveside rites. He was a Baptist, Mason, Order of Eastern Star and Royal Arch Mason at Teague.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs Jewel White Robertson, Fairfield; two daughters; a son; a brother, Condia Robertson, Fairfield; three sisters, Mrs. J. M. Mecy, Elgin; Mrs. O. K. Scott, Austin, and Mrs. P. M. McCann, West Covine, Calif.; and other relatives. Capps directed.
