Trevor was born in Gwelo, Rhodesia on 17th December 1964. He lived there for ten years before moving to Salisbury where he completed his primary school education. In 1981 the family moved to Bulawayo and then moved back to Salisbury at the end of 1982. They left Rhodesia in mid 1984 moving to Johannesburg, South Africa. Then, in mid 2006 moved across to Auckland, New Zealand for 9 years and now resides in Richmond, Tasman, New Zealand. [1]
