Nathaniel Robarts was born in 1713 in Abingdon, Berkshire, England, son of Edward Robarts (~1656–~1736) and Mary Morgan (~1680– ).^{[1] [2]}

His siblings were:

• Martha Robarts (1710–1784)
• Josiah Robarts (~1712–~1796)

Nathaniel married Sarah Tomkins (born in 1740). Their known children were:

• Anna Robarts (1761–1791)
• Frances Robarts (~1763–~1833)
• Nathaniel Robarts (1764–1845)
• Sarah Robarts (1767–1846)
• Hannah Robarts (1769–1841)

Nathaniel died about Dec 1768, aged about 54.^{[3] [4]}
