Biography
Biagia Riina is a Corleone native resident, the daughter of Gioachino Riina and Lucia Cannaliato. Biagia is named after her maternal grandmother.
Biagia marries Gaetano Mangiameli, son of Leoluca Mangiameli and Maria Antonia Provenzano, on 14 April 1902. There is a third degree of consanguinity detected, and dispensation obtained 3 April 1901 for this marriage. Her mother, Lucia, has died by this time.[1]
Biagia and Gaetano have at least one child, Maria Antonia (c. 1922), named after her paternal grandmother.
Maria Antonia marries Antonino Riina, a widower, in 1942.[2]
