Hi Joe: Thank you for your most welcome email. No wonder you are having trouble because you have another step to do before you can add. That is to Volunteer your tree and to add surname tags. Directions are below.

To Volunteer just add any surnames of interest into Tags so that you have one tag for each surname and location. By doing that, when you are confirmed as a member you can then click on those tags, and you'll be taken to a page where you'll see other genealogists who are also following those surnames and locations. I really encourage you to explore the connections it helps you make. :-)

Also Note There is a button to click at the bottom of the page that says Add tags and Volunteer. It is rectangular.

When you have done that one of our Greeters will confirm you as a member so that you can Edit your Profile and enter information into WikiTree. Wiki Tree Greeter ~ Andrea Pack
