I was looking at the list of descendants for Abigail Gaul. I noted that she married Charles Pulford. You have 2 sons listed Francis and Robert (I have a list of a few more siblings).

I follow the line of Francis who married Sarah Riches. It looks like they had another daughter, Margaret who married Denny Cutting. My GEDmatch QZ9079297 which matches your GEDmatch account.

Thanks for the Elizabeth Pulford info, was making sure I had the right individual before matching to my uploaded GEDCOM. Regards, Chris.

Hi Peter. I noticed you manage several Gidney profiles and was wondering if you had a connection to them. I have a brick wall after http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Gidney-39 - was wondering if you had any insight?

Thanks!

Thanks for fixing my error. I think there are a few more. I am just in the process of editing my work. I just found some more on the Sumner's, who are ancestors of my Mothers.. One of the problems is that there are the same names of towns in England as there are in the states and Canada. And why oh why did they name their first child the same name as they had? They sure weren't considering how hard it would be for their ancestors to figure it all out. lol Your distant cousin, Iris E.Hooge

Hi Peter I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.
