Hi Michelle, I have sent you a couple requests to be added to the trusted list for Robert Nixon - Nixon-2477. I wasn't sure if you are back from taking care of your dad?

Hi Michelle, I just wanted to thank you for all the work you've done to improve the US Civil War Between the States Project. I'm doing a check-in with all project members and wanted to verify that you're still interested in being a member of the project. Also, any suggestions for the Project would be welcome. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

P Kreutzer, US Civil War Between the States Project Leader.

Pam, am I still part of the Civil War project? I'd like to be: I've continued to make contributions in that arena.

Thank you! Michelle

Yes Michelle you still have your badge and I've marked you active in the project. Pam

Hi Michelle,

I noticed that you have not touched your pending merges and there are a number of outstanding trusted list requests. Your Watchlist has 5718 profiles. This is very large. Our systems are designed to handle 5,000. Contributing to more than 5,000 profiles is great (the community thanks you for it!) but don't feel you have to keep so many on your Watchlist. Despite the terminology, there is no shame in "orphaning" Open profiles. :-) This invites others to share responsibility. Use the Bulk Trusted List changes tool to remove yourself from some profiles.

Hi Michelle, I have sent you a couple requests to be added to the trusted list for Delphia (Phillips) Quesenberry (1870 - 1941). I wasn't sure if you had seen them?

Thank you Molly

Michelle, if you look at the very top of the page under the "My WikiTree" Menu, you'll find an option for displaying your "Requests". The top list is Requests you've made to other people, but more importantly, at the bottom is a list of requests made to you. This list represents people who are waiting for your approval to continue research on profiles you manage that are often mutual family members. Therefore, it is only polite, to try and stay on top of that list.

Another area of importance, for the sake of polity, would be found under the "Find" tab, "Pending Merges. Once again, others have requested your approval on possible duplicated profiles, and are waiting for your response to continue their research. As evidenced by Gary below (deleted message), the dead are very patient, but the living, not so much... ;-)

Thanks for all you do!

Welcome to the 1776 Project (http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:1776), a subproject of the Military and War Project: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Projects#Military_and_War_Project

There are category links to add to your ancestor's profiles and research links to learn more about your family. The Project is a good way to consolidate the WikiTree ancestors with historic connections to the years of 1773 (Boston Tea Party) to 1789 (ratification of the U.S. Constitution.) All patriot, loyalist, Hessians, French, Native Americans or any other profiles with a connection to these years should be linked to an appropriate category in the Project.

If you haven’t already, please set your preferences for your Tags Followed to include 1776 Project and any other tag terms that you wish to follow: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Special:Following

Some categories have a template (SAR) to add at the top of a biography. If not, add a category link by putting the category name such as Template:1776 for those who bore arms in the Revolution and Template:1776 for those who contributed patriotic or civil service. Thank you.
