[Note: The Genealogical Dictionary of RI state there is no evidence of a relationship between Zachariah Rhodes and Walter Rhodes of early Providence RI. The The Rhodes Family in America, Vol. 1, no. 2, Nelson Rhoades Publisher, Los Angeles, CA, 1919, has made some connection to Walter, but unconfirmed. More recent research TEG: 22: 201 indicates research is ongoing, but offers no proof of parentage and only source seems to be an ancestral file. That article further states the the maiden name of Walter Rhodes wife is unconfirmed. ]

There is no source/strong evidence that Walter Rhodes is Zachariah's father nor what the maiden name of Walter's wife actually is. Most of the information on that couple is from an Ancestral File. I will be removing the parents unless someone is able to come up with a valid source.
Rhodes-2116 and Rhodes-223 appear to represent the same person because: Rhodes-2116 is a duplicate of Zachariah Rhodes and wife Joanna Arnold. Needs to be merged in LOWER numbered Rhodes-223. Thanks
