Elizabeth was born 4 Dec 1790, christened 26 Dec 1790 at Heidelberg Union Church in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania as daughter of Christopher Rex and wife Hannah (Holder);^[1] (this is a case where the transcriber wrote his name as "Stoffel" Rex as they were apparently not familiar with German-style abbreviations and script)

We have found records of ten known children of John Andreas and his wife Elisabeth, the daughter of Christopher and Hanna Rex, of Heidelberg Township. Seven of their children were baptized at the Reformed and Lutheran Union Church. Wapwallopen. Evidently their other children were baptized before they removed to Luzerne County. John Andreas and Elisabeth Rex were married about 1813.
