Biography

Mary was born about 1828. She is the daughter of John Reed and Fanny Watters. On June 12, 1850, Mary Ann Reed married Philip HIll in Harrison County, Ohio. The marriage was performed by her brother Rev. William Reed.^[1] She was named as Mary Hill, a legatee, in her father John Reed's Will of February 10, 1865. Mary died on March 28, 1903 at age 75, 1 month, and 19 days and is buried at the Rural Dale Cemetery, Marion Township, Grundy County, Missouri.^[2]
