Robin...Not sure what Wikitree is smoking...I have initiated ZERO merges. I reviewed all 20 merges requiring action. I am manager of ZERO. I have never heard of ANY profiles listed. It is job of whoever placed them under me to clear them out...not me.

As you go farther back in your tree, it is a good idea to do a search first to see if you have a match already created on Wiki Tree before creating a new profile. And keep in mind, if you do find a match, odds are the manager is also related to that person and probably you!

See: http://www.wikitree.com/g2g/51703/behind-merges-identifying-lowest-numbered-profile-correct A great place to ask specific question is on G2G.
