The following profiles can be confused:
George Reade gave a deposition in 1658, stating at the time that he was aged 27, hence born in 1631. [1]
Skordas shows him as the son of Thomas Reade and his wife Elizabeth. [2]
Skordas shows two persons named George Reade arriving in Maryland. The second George was transported in 1663 (Liber 5, folio 254). Since the subject of this profile was active in Maryland before then, the second George could not be the subject of this profile. The earlier George immigrated prior to 1658 and as the son of Thomas (Liber Q, folio 29). [2]
His father Thomas and mother Elizabeth arrived at the same time, along with their son George's brother, William. [2]
George Reade gave a deposition in connection with a dispute about ownership of a horse. [1]

Robert Tyler's Will, probated in St. Mary's County February 24, 1660, mentions no wife but mentions his son, Robert, and his daughter Alice and her husband George Reade. [5]
Alice was the widow of Samuel Griffin. Samuel Griffin died in Calvert Co., Md. This is proved by his Calvert Co. land which was certified for Griffin in 1653 and then patented in 1658 to George and Alice Reade because Griffin had died and Reade had m. the widow.
On October 5, 1659, a Provincial Court met in St. Mary's County, Resurrection Mannor, the house of George Reade, to try Edward Prescott for hanging a witch named Elizabeth Richardson, on the high seas, while enroute to Maryland. Governor Josias Fendall presided. Charges were preferred by John Washington (great-grandfather of George) an immigrant en route to Maryland. [7]
mm note: I believe George Reade died about 1663 and his widow Joanne Sprigg married Robert Tyler. note 1664 note 5Oct1664 record for George and his widow, and the 1674 accounting of George and the 1673 Will writing of Robert Tyler. It appears Joane close both George's and Robert's account about the same time in 1674 when she married John Beale. [4]

Did you take care of this also?
https://msa.maryland.gov/megafile/msa/speccol/sc2900/sc2908/000001/000041/html/am41--219.html that George Read associated with a Sprigg family was age 27 in a 1658 deposition. Clearly not the person born in 1613/4.
The George Reade baptized 6 January 1613 was married to Margaret when he had a son George bap. 20 Dec. 1642 at St. Andrew Holborn, Middlesex. The child was listed at born at his father's house in Baldwin Garden in Grays Inn Lane. See: https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/132802435 #429
Baldwin Garden in Grays Inn Lane is also where George (father of George born 1613) was buried in 1645. https://www.familysearch.org/photos/artifacts/132723140 #287
George [Jr.] also had children Mary bap. 9 Oct. 1644 and Elizabeth bap. 16 Sep. 1649 at St. Andrew Holborn.
George [Jr.] secondly had a license on 6 Aug. 1672 with Mrs. Abigail Howard in London, being listed as a widower, age 58. See: https://www.familysearch.org/library/books/records/item/388215-redirection p. 206 [image 211]
Please delete the 6 January 1613 birth for this person, as it is not him, and disconnect from the parents and sister listed for him. See my page http://fzsaunders.com/reade.html for information on this family he is incorrectly connected to.
Please note that the profile for his wife, Joanna Sprigg Beale is Project Protected, has verified sources, and can't be changed without the permission of the Southern Colonies Project.

The George Reade born in 1613/4 to George Reade and wife Mary is not the George of this page of Maryland. He is not a brother to Anne Reade (bap. 11 Jan. 1617/8) who married George Roberts (these latter two being my line.)
As for the first link you listed to Mike Marshall's site (Colonial Settlers of Maryland) I e-mailed him yesterday, and he agrees they are two different George's, and will be correcting his page. Edited to reflect that Mike has no updated his page. https://www.colonial-settlers-md-va.us/getperson.php?personID=I68865&tree=Tree1
