Biography

William Riley Ratliff was born in March 1848 in Johnson County, Kentucky. He was the son of Henry Ratliff and Louisa Dale.

Riley Ratliff and Mary Jackson were indicted on April 5, 1871 in Johnson County Circuit Court, Paintsville, Kentucky for adultery.

He was the husband of Juda Dale (daughter of Reuben Dale and Tabitha Selvage).

He passed away on September 11, 1932 in Johnson County, Kentucky.

He married about 1873 to Juriah DALE.

Juriah "Judie" DALE was born on 17 June 1856 in Johnson County, Kentucky and died on 9 May 1928 in Floyd County, Kentucky.^[1] She was the daughter of Reuben DALE and Tabitha SELVAGE.
