Laura Dee Ragland was born about 1866 in Bowling Green, Warren, Kentucky, United States, daughter of Felix Grundy Ragland (1847–1931) and Richardella Curd Thomas (~1839–1909).
Laura married Will Henry Collins (born about February 21, 1861 in Scottsville, Allen, Ky).[1]
