Biography

James was born in Arkansas in 1925. He was the son of Claud Quinn and Effie Chandler. James served during WWII, enlisting in the U.S. Army on 1 Dec 1943. In 1945 James married Wilma Faye King. James passed away Harris, Texas in 1991 at age 75. He is buried beside Wilma in Cotton Plant, Arkansas.
