Biography

Thomas was the oldest son of Thomas Putland and Merial Sisson.^[1]

He married Jane, the daughter of John Ratton or Rotton, on 16th August 1708 at St. Bride in Dublin.^[2] They had:

1. Merial, born 23rd July 1709^[3]
2. John, born 15th August 1710^[4]
3. Thomas, born c1713^[5]
4. Bridget, born 1719,^[6] she married Lewis Roberts on 14th February 1745/6^[7]
5. George, born 24th August 1720^[1][5].

He died in 1721, his will of 8th April 1720 was proved on 6th April 1721.His will of 19th July 1771 was proved on 24th December 1773, this named:^[8]
