Biography
When Ethel Vera Pruden was born on 9 December 1898 in Eltham, Taranaki, her father, Arthur, was 22, and her mother, Hannah, was 20. She married Thomas Barnett on 24 December 1915 in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty. They had three children during their marriage. She died as a young mother on 20 March 1923 in Bay of Plenty at the age of 24, and was buried in Western Bay of Plenty, Bay of Plenty
