Biography

Richard was born in 1890.^[1] He was the son of John James Proctor and Mary Williams.

Between 1891 and 1901 he lived with his parents in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales.^[2][3] In 1911 he lived with his mother in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as an assistant in an ironmongers.^[4]

In 1920 he married Edith Mabel Richards.^[5][6]

In 1939 he lived with his wife in Swansea, Glamorgan, Wales as a general labourer.^[7]

He passed away in 1962.^[8]
