Biography
Horace was a son of the late Roland Eaton Potter and Mary Shaffer Potter. He was one of ten children born to them.
He was a graduate of Ithaca High School and Cornell University, School of Law, Class of 1896, where he was a member of the Delta Chi Fraternity.
He was survived by a sister, Miss Carolyn Potter of Ithaca.
Burial, East Lawn Cemetery.
