Carl Postellon was born and lived in Pennsylvania. He married Helen Salapow on 12 May, 1943. (data from Family Search). He passed away on December 5, 1954 in an auto accident at Route 19 and McClelland Rd, N. Strabane Twp., Pennsylvania. At the time, he was coming home from working a shift as an officer for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. His name is carved in the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC.
