Biography
Antonino Gaetano Pomilla, son of Giovanni Pomilla and Giovanna Saporito, marries Calogera Ignazia di Simone, daughter of Antonino di Simone and Giacinta Sciacchitano, on 10 July 1928 in Corleone.[1]
Calogera's uncle is criminal associate of Giuseppe Morello in New York City. Antonino Gaetano's sister, Maria, is married to a half-brother of Tommy Reina, a Mafia boss in New York City.
Antonino Gaetano and Calogera Ignazia have at least one child, Giovanni (c. 1930), named after his paternal grandfather.
Antonino and Leoluca Pomilla are named by Raimondo Catanzaro as meat traffickers in the Navarra cosca of Corleone (1943-1958).[2]
Giovanni Pomilla, the son of Antonino Gaetano, is named among the city council members who are also part of Dr. Navarra's cosca, in the first quarter of 1961.[3]
