Biography

Alfred Pollock was born in North Carolina.

We find Alfred in the home of his apparent parents, Luke and Charity (Gregory) Pollock, in their 1850 Duplin Roads household in the census.^[1]

On 1 Feb 1866, A C Pollock married Dicy Annie Blackburn in Sampson, North Carolina.^[2]

10. Thomas C Pollock^[8] who married Alma Kornegay in 1920^[12] and in 1926, Ella Elitha Bryan.^[13] Thomas' death record says that his wife was Estelle Tucker, and that his parents were Anna Williams and Alfred J Pollock.^[14]

Alfred's wife Annie predeceased him in 1926.^[15] He died 23 Aug 1927 and was buried in Faison Cemetery, Faison, Duplin, North Carolina.^[16]
