Sir Bartholomew Poer, lord of Blackborough, Devon, England. He was the Sheriff of Devon.

His son, Sir Robert Poer built the Castle of Donoyle, Waterford ^[1]

Ancestor of the Powers of Ireland; and the FitzEustaces, Viscounts of Baltinglass, County Wicklow
